Working rules
- Select the intended level before creating a station throat.
- Use block names and contact sections consistently so routes remain understandable.
- Check that entry and exit tracks are on the same intended height unless a ramp is explicit.
- Review the proposal before applying it; locked or stale levels are never overwritten.
