Data we process

The website stores your language choice locally in your browser. We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural analytics or in-app telemetry.

Our hosting provider may process technical server logs such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information for operation, security and abuse prevention.

If you email us or submit public feedback, we process the information you provide in order to answer, investigate and improve Railmora.

The Railmora application

Project files and autosaves remain on your computer unless you choose to share them. The standalone edition may contact railmora.eu to check for and download updates; the Microsoft Store edition uses Microsoft Store for distribution and updates. Railmora does not currently receive project contents or in-app usage analytics.

Purpose, retention and sharing

We use personal data only to operate and secure the service, provide support, manage feedback and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, follow-up and applicable legal obligations. Public contributions on third-party community services remain subject to that service's terms and privacy notice.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Contact info@railmora.eu. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.
